What do you do when a worldwide, once-in-a-lifetime pandemic hits, leaving CEOs of companies and world leaders alike struggling to make sense of the changing business landscape? If you’re Steve Rosa, you write a book about it. When Steve reached out to me he wanted help designing a book unlike anything he was seeing: a book that took the idioms we grew up with and retooled as advice for business leaders in this moment of crisis. With Covidioms to End Covidiocy, I was to design a book that could both provide sound business advice as well as comfort and empathy in a world that was deeply lacking in both.
